"Todd was great in many ways. First and foremost he was extremely professional in all aspects of the sale. Secondly, Todd was of tremendous assistance in assisting with a cleaning company for a final cleaning of the unit. We could not locate a key for the electronic front door lock and took it to a Locksmith who made a key for the lock. Just to mention a few examples of his willingness to help. We are extremely pleased with Todd and on top of it all, he is a genuine nice guy and wonderful to work with."
