When you find a property and are ready to make an offer, I will write and present a Sales Contract to the Seller on your behalf. Once an offer has been accepted I will help you navigate through inspections, appraisals, and closing in a stress free way. I do all of this at no cost to you, the buyer, as I am compensated by the sellers.
